AUTHORITY ON CAMERA
You Know How To Command A Room. Now Learn To Command The Camera
This IS for you if…
You're an established founder, executive, or public-facing professional and don't need someone to teach you how to be an expert
Your business or role is requiring you to become more visible
You know video could help you reach people beyond your existing network, but you've been avoiding it or struggling to stay consistent
You're confident in meetings and conversations but noticeably less comfortable when you're being recorded
You're beginning to pursue, or receive more speaking, podcast, interview, webinar or media opportunities
You don't want to become an influencer
You’re ready to be filmed and coached by someone directly, not just handed tips
The expertise is there. It just isn’t translating on camera the way it does in person
That's what Authority on Camera is designed to change
HOW THE TRAINING WORKS
1. Film & Send — A short prompt, filmed on your phone, sent to me before we meet
2. Day 1: Live Session — We review your footage, build your on-camera persona, run live coaching drills, and map your wardrobe, lighting & environment
3. Refilm & Send — Apply what we built, refilm, send it back
4. Day 2: Final Review — I show you exactly what changed and why, and hand you a personalized on-camera reference guide
5. One Real Video — You film something you actually plan to post, and I give you one final round of feedback — as a NAWBO member, I'll also personally edit this final video into a polished, ready-to-post piece
THE TIME & FILMING COMMITMENT
Authority on Camera is a private, hands-on experience—not a course you can complete by simply watching videos.
If selected, you should plan to invest approximately three to four hours over 10 days, including:
One private 75-minute coaching session with Casie
An initial filming assignment completed before your session
A second recording that applies what you learned
One final video created for a real business or professional purpose
Brief self-assessments that help us measure what changed
Each filming assignment should take approximately 30–45 minutes. You will not need professional equipment, a studio or an elaborate setup. A smartphone, a quiet space and a willingness to practice are enough.
Because the experience depends on repetition, selected participants must be prepared to complete every assignment within the requested timeframe.
WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH
By the end of Authority on Camera, you will have more than general advice about “being confident.”
You will leave with:
Personalized feedback on what currently strengthens, or weakens, your communication on camera
A system you keep: wardrobe, lighting, and setup decisions made once, not re-litigated every time you film
Coaching on your voice, pace, eye contact, body language, energy and delivery
Strategies for recovering when you stumble instead of starting the entire recording over
A clear before-and-after comparison showing how your communication changed
A personalized On-Camera Reference Guide you can continue using after the experience
One professionally edited video you can use in your business
Most importantly, you will better understand how to communicate on screen in a way that reflects the capable professional people already experience in person.
WHY THESE FIVE SPOTS ARE COMPLIMENTARY
Authority on Camera is entering its inaugural pilot round, and I am opening the first five private experiences exclusively to NAWBO members at no cost.
In exchange for receiving the full experience, selected participants will be expected to:
Complete each assignment within the agreed timeline
Participate fully in the private coaching session
Provide candid feedback about the experience
Complete a brief client-experience survey
Share an honest testimonial after completing the program
Any permission to use your name, testimonial, company information or before-and-after footage will be requested separately. Nothing will be shared publicly without your specific approval.
WHAT WE'LL WORK ON
NATURAL DELIVERY: Learn how to sound like yourself instead of slipping into a stiff, overly polished "camera voice."
VOCAL PRESENCE: Understand how pace, tone, pauses, volume and emphasis affect how your message is received.
BODY LANGUAGE & EYE CONTACT: Learn what to do with your eyes, hands, posture and facial expressions so you're no longer thinking about your body while you're trying to communicate.
RECOVERING IN THE MOMENT: Stop treating every stumble like a ruined recording. Learn how to recover, keep going and trust yourself.
COMMUNICATING UNDER PRESSURE: Practice responding without over-preparing so you're better equipped for interviews, podcasts, presentations, Q&As and other unscripted situations.
MESSAGE DELIVERY: Learn how to get to the point, communicate your expertise clearly and make your ideas easier for other people to understand and remember.
Only five private experiences are available.
I am looking for NAWBO members who:
Are established business owners, executives or public-facing leaders
Have a genuine professional need to communicate more effectively on camera
Know that being stronger on video could support an upcoming business, leadership or visibility goal
Are willing to be coached, practice and watch their footage
Can complete the entire experience during the October program window
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. I will review every completed application submitted by the deadline and choose the five women whose goals and current challenges could benefit the most from this experience. However, I will not leave anyone hanging - you will receive a prompt decision either way.
SELECTION IS APPLICATION BASED
IMPORTANT DATES
Applications close: September 30, 2026
Selection notifications: By October 2, 2026
Private program experiences: October 5–30, 2026
If selected, you will receive a welcome email with your initial filming assignment and complete instructions.
Your first step will be to record and submit your baseline videos. Once those videos have been received, you will be invited to schedule your private coaching session.
Each participant’s experience will unfold across approximately 10 days. Because the five private experiences will be scheduled throughout October, selected participants must be prepared to respond promptly and complete assignments by their individual deadlines.

This is not an influencer course or a lesson on chasing trends. It is professional communication training for business owners whose leadership increasingly happens through a screen.
Meet your Coach:
Casie Patterson, Founder of First Bright Marketing
Before launching First Bright Marketing, I spent years in corporate sales training, helping professionals become stronger communicators and more effective at delivering messages that move people.
I also hold a Bachelor's degree and an MBA, and today my work sits at the intersection of positioning, communication and visibility.
One thing became increasingly obvious as I worked with accomplished business owners and leaders:
Many of them didn't have an expertise problem.
They had trouble getting the person people experienced in meetings, conversations and rooms to show up when the camera turned on.
That's why I developed Authority on Camera.
This isn't about teaching you how to perform for social media.
It's professional communication training for a world where more and more of your leadership happens through a screen.
And I can’t wait to work with you!
